Some Rare Alaska Sketches

Abstract

"Dr. Frank A. Golder of Stanford University has recently presented to the University of Washington Library reproductions of fifteen original sketches relating to the discovery and exploration of Alaska. These sketches reveal the natives as first discovered by the Russians, showing their dwellings and illustrating their tools and mode of living."
